Milestone Photography Session Retainer & Balance

Retainer for a childhood milestone session. This amount will be deducted from your balance. By purchasing this retainer, you agree to the following terms:

Retainer for a Milestone photography session. Secures session date and time. By purchasing this product, you are agreeing to the terms stated here. To reserve the session date and time agreed, Client shall pay the Photographer, a non-refundable reservation fee in the amount of $75.00. Client understands and agrees that Photographer will not book other sessions during this time. In the event that the Client cancels the portrait session, or postpones the session with less than 3 hours' notice of the agreed session start time and date, for any reason, Photographer shall suffer losses that are difficult to ascertain. As such, Client agrees that in the event of cancellation by the Client or postponement without sufficient notice, such $75 shall be forfeited by the Client and paid to the Photographer as liquidated damages and not as a penalty. Client and Photographer agree that such an amount is reasonable. Client understands that Photographer is not responsible for the non-cooperation of any parties during the session. Client agrees to be on time and prepared for the session, since late arrival cannot be made up and the session will end at the agreed time. Client agrees that late arrival of 30 minutes may mean there is insufficient time to complete the session and the session will be considered canceled after that time. Inclement weather for outdoor sessions: Outdoor sessions may be postponed at short notice due to inclement weather.

CELL PHONE PHOTOGRAPHY IS NOT PERMITTED

By purchasing this fee, I agree that I understand that cell phone photography, videography, and any other kind of photography other than that which is taken by the Photographer is not permitted at this session, in the studio or outdoors while using the photographer's props and outfits. Doing so may result in the termination of your session and the obligations of the Photographer to the Client. Your session fee will be non-refundable and will be applied to Photographer's time and expenses if this policy is violated.
