Maternity & Newborn Photography Package

Includes a maternity session and 2-3 hour Option B newborn session with access to newborn studio wardrobe & accessories

By purchasing this product, you are agreeing to the terms stated here. To reserve the session date and time agreed, Client shall pay the Photographer, a non-refundable reservation fee in the amount of $300.00 which is equal to the first installment. No dates are calendared or secured until this installment is paid. The Client understands and agrees that Photographer will not book other sessions during this time. In the event that the Client cancels the portrait session, or postpones the session with less than 3 hours notice of the agreed session start time and date, for any reason, Photographer shall suffer losses that are difficult to ascertain. As such, Client agrees that in the event of cancellation by the client or postponement without sufficient notice, such $300 shall be forfeited by the Client and paid to the Photographer as liquidated damages and not as a penalty. Client and Photographer agree that such amount is reasonable. Client understands that Photographer is not responsible for the non-cooperation of any parties during the session. Client agrees to be on time and prepared for the session, dressed and ready to start, since late arrival cannot be made up and the session will end at the agreed time. Client agrees that late arrival of 30 minutes may mean there is insufficient time to complete the session and the session will be considered canceled after that time. Inclement weather for outdoor sessions: Outdoor sessions may be postponed at short notice due to inclement weather.

If the baby's birth precedes the maternity session date, or if Client is unable to follow through with the maternity session, this first installment will apply to a newborn session.
