Baby's First Year Photography Package

Please read all of the information below. By purchasing the first installment, you understand and agree to the folloowing

First Year Photography Package comprising of the following sessions:
- Option B Newborn Session 2-3 hours with 20 images
- Sitting Milestone session 6-8 months with 15 images
- Classic Birthday Cake Smash Session with 20 images (cake and set up included)

A proofing gallery will be provided from each session so that Client may choose the included images. Additional images can be purchased from the proofing gallery.
Images are professionally retouched in high resolution, with a full print release. Image delivery is via a downloadable password-protected gallery. Family members can be added to any session for an additional $50pp (for the newborn session this is discounted to $25pp). Optional session upgrades are available. Cake Smash:
For the cake smash portion of the session, I do not focus on particular themes as for this particular modern style of session. I focus on the moment and on the child having a fun time with the cake, their expressions and details. I always use either a white or ivory backdrop, cake stand, and a matching banner based on the color of the cake. I do provide a simple design cake and an outfit for the baby to wear.
3 set ups included (pre-cake, cake smash, and optional bubble bath).

FOOD ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES
Food allergies and sensitivities must be notified in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the session date. In the case of a severe allergy or sensitivity, you will be required to bring your own cake, and a deduction of $50 will be made. Please inquire about the requirements for bringing your own cake to the session. For dairy allergies, I can provide a vegan ingredient cake. By purchasing this session fee, I am permitting the photographer to purchase a cake on my behalf from a bakery licensed in the State of Maryland. I understand that this will be a standard ingredient cake. The cake will be made in a facility where it may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, or wheat.

Additional Cost:
If requested, fresh flowers, helium-filled balloons, vegan or special ingredients, or fancy design cakes, and elaborate indoor or outdoor setups will incur an additional fee. The included cake is a naked cake or solid white, ivory, or pastel buttercream cake. Please inquire for further details.

CELL PHONE PHOTOGRAPHY IS NOT PERMITTED

By purchasing this fee, I agree that I understand that cell phone photography, videography, and any other kind of photography other than that which is taken by the Photographer is not permitted at this session, in the studio or outdoors, while using the photographer's props and outfits. Doing so may result in the termination of your session and the obligations of the Photographer to the Client. Your session fee will be non-refundable and will be applied to Photographer's time and expenses.
